The firm

Meridia was founded by Helena Marchetti and Rafael Osuna in 1998 as an alternative to the signs-on-lawns real estate business. The idea was simple: advise a small number of families and estates on the homes they would hold for decades, and do it slowly, privately, and well.

Twenty-eight years later, we hold to the same practice. Quiet, careful, relational. We don't mass-market. We don't stage war rooms. We don't run open houses on Sundays unless a seller specifically wants us to. Every client is paired with one lead advisor who stays with the relationship for the life of the asset — often across sales of two, three, or four homes over decades.

Our partners are licensed in California and hold additional specializations in trust, historic, and agricultural-parcel transactions. We publish a quarterly brief with market notes and off-market previews — four emails a year, nothing else.
